Cultivating Stability
To do this, she recommends engaging in practices that involve being in the physical body in a very earthy and grounded way. These practices involve the five senses, such as listening to calming music, smelling essential oils, feeling the texture of different fabrics, tasting calming teas, and looking at calming visuals. These practices are part of what she calls the hero’s journey, which is rooted in the divine feminine power of transformation.
Eating Well
The importance of nourishing the body with healthy, wholesome food. Eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes can help to provide the body with the nutrients it needs to stay energized and healthy. Eating a balanced diet can also aid in reducing stress and promoting overall wellbeing.
